2025 HIGHLIGHTS - A YEAR IN REVIEW
My 2025 wedding season officially came to a close, marking 19 years (and counting!) as a Seattle wedding photographer, with an unforgettable celebration at Treehouse Point in Issaquah. Wind, rain, sunshine, and fog all showed up, creating the kind of Pacific Northwest wedding day that reminds me why I love photographing weddings here.
This year took me across Washington and beyond, documenting love stories at some of the region's most beautiful Pacific Northwest wedding venues. From a waterfront wedding at Saltwater Farm on Friday Harbor in the San Juan Islands, to the historic Captain Whidbey Inn overlooking Penn Cove on Whidbey Island. I photographed weddings in Hood River, Oregon surrounded by vineyards and the Columbia River, celebrated along Hood Canal at Alderbrook Resort, traveled to Sandpoint, Idaho for a lakeside destination wedding, and even hiked 10 miles into The Enchantments to photograph a surprise proposal in one of Washington's most iconic alpine landscapes.
Being a Seattle wedding photographer means having mountains, islands, forests, and waterfronts right outside my door. Every wedding, elopement, and proposal is a reminder of how fortunate I am to call the Pacific Northwest home and to document celebrations in places that mean so much to my couples.
To everyone who trusted me with your story this year, thank you. It is a privilege to photograph your weddings, your favorite people, and the moments you'll carry with you for a lifetime. I can't wait to see where the next season takes us.
