2023 HIGHLIGHTS - A YEAR IN REVIEW

The cold and dark winter months are ending and spring is in full force in Washington, which means wedding season is around the corner. It felt like the perfect time to post a “little” recap of the past year photographing weddings around Seattle, the PNW, and elsewhere. Some favorites were the charming and wintery Woodstock Inn in Vermont , The Griffin House in the epic wine country of Hood River, Oregon, and numerous ferry rides through the Salish Sea to the San Juan Islands. So many genuine moments and emotions, I remember standing there (camera to my eye, naturally) just smiling at the joy I get to witness and document as a wedding and portrait photographer. As always, my hope is that the photos I’m invited to make for people, allow them to relive these fleeting emotions as the years go by. To me, it’s very literally all about the people and memories that I get to capture. To that end, I’m so thankful for all the lovely people that trusted me to create these for them, you’re the best.
