We’re Ryan & Emily, and I’m a wedding and portrait photographer, and Emily is the amazing wizard behind the curtain that keeps everything running in a smooth, organized, timely fashion. The Pacific Northwest is home, but we’ve gotten to travel to some incredible places (Paris and New Zealand were instant favs), and can’t wait for the next destination. We’re parents to two wild little boys, Killian and Ronan, who make our hearts explode with joy, and we can’t wait to share those places with them. I’ve been photographing weddings for eighteen years now - which actually feels a little crazy to say, because it doesn’t feel like that long at all. After almost two decades, I still get excited about “going to work” … and still get teary-eyed during the parent dances (definitely a pro at shooting through tears, at this point) and wedding vows.

Weddings have taken me around the world, and I’ve been fortunate to receive some awards for my work, including being named one of Rangefinder Magazine’s Rising Stars of Wedding Photography, and one of the Top 100 Wedding Photographers in the World. Much more importantly, I’ve been honored to work with a few hundred truly wonderful couples, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their trust.
